Calling All Artists for Arti Gras
Arti Gras
Friday & Saturday, July 3 & 4 – 9am–3pm
A Note From Russell Lands on Lake Martin. Russell Crossroads
During these uncertain times surrounding COVID-19, our priority remains the health and safety of residents and guests to our community. We plan to host Arti Gras at Russell Crossroads at the previously scheduled date, and we’ve made adjustments with your health and safety in mind.
The ninth annual Arti Gras at Russell Crossroads will be held July 3 and 4. This two-day event on the Town Green features local artisans from Lake Martin and the surrounding area exhibiting original works in jewelry, reclaimed wood décor, paintings, pottery, metalwork, photography, candles, soaps, and much more.
If you are a local artisan and are interested in an opportunity to display your work in front of patrons from all over, Arti Gras will provide just that. We are now accepting applications to participate in this year’s show.
Arti Gras is a juried art show. All works must be original and handcrafted, created and exhibited by the approved artist themselves. If you are interested in participating as a vendor, contact Tyler Mitchell at tmitchell@russelllands.com for an application. The deadline for accepting applications is June 10. Booth placement will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
To maintain adherence to social distancing requirements, vendor space is limited, so don’t wait to submit your application! Spaces will not be assigned until application process is completed. Booth layouts will be altered in order to maximize open space at the event. Gloves will be provided.
We are looking forward to another great show, and we hope you’ll be part of this year’s Arti Gras! For more information, please contact Tyler Mitchell at the email above or at 256.212.1443.
